The primary goal of this project was to create a clear, structured, and performance-focused interface that simplifies complex recruitment workflows while maintaining a modern and professional visual identity.

How might we design a recruiter dashboard that centralizes hiring workflows, visualizes performance clearly, and reduces operational friction?

Recruiters often manage multiple job postings across different roles while simultaneously reviewing applications, tracking performance metrics, and communicating with candidates.


However, existing recruitment dashboards frequently suffer from:

  • Overloaded data without hierarchy

  • Scattered workflows across multiple screens

  • Lack of performance visibility per job

  • Inefficient applicant tracking systems
